Sisyphus Reincarnated

"Workplace safety officials say they're planning a visit Wednesday to the Montclair home of a man who dug a 60-foot-deep hole in his front yard while digging for gold ... He says he only planned to go down three or four feet but got 'carried away.'"

"Enrique will be required to hire and pay for a licensed engineer to secure the hole."

...This is just another example of our secularist government intruding on and undermining the beliefs of the American people. The incessant beeping of Enrique's metal detector was clearly the voice of God, and our faithful hero obeyed the sign with biblical devotion until local libs intervened, as usual, through the courts (which, not surprisingly, had weeks earlier removed a display of the Ten Commandments, the last of which reads: "You shall not covet your neighbor's wife; nor his house, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is [buried 60 ft below] your neighbor's [yard]"). Men like Enrique built this country from the ground up so that other men like Enrique could have the freedom to fulfill God's plan and subdue it from the ground down. We will not allow these secular humanists to continue burying the American Dream along with our Christian values: We must defend our holes. Holes in our theories of Intelligent Design, in the existence of God, in the truth of our Holy Bible, as well as the hole in Enrique's front yard. These holes are holy indeed. Amen.
